As far as I can tell this is a real news show and these people are supposedly news professionals

New item for your list of things to watch out for when visiting Russia: sometimes parking lots explode and shower asphalt on you
As always, nearby Russians react by calmly noting "oh, there is a thing happening there" and not changing their behavior in any way to account for the fact that the ground is exploding.
Once again, thanks to Nick for the link

This is easily the best new car feature to appear in years.
Legal? Doubtful. Awesome? Most definitely.

That said, I know not everyone digs the baseballing, so I'll confine baseball-related postings (of which I imagine there will be many) to this location: http://juanpierresmustache.blogspot.com/. In the meantime, even non-baseball fans can appreciate how insane this catch is:
High speed chase through the streets of Bristol. Difficulty level: moped
The best part is at 2:05 where a pedestrian attempts to punch him off his bike.

Let's just hope they stick to ping-pong
I was unaware we had made such progress on making intelligent flying robots, but these quadrocopters are pretty awesome. My personal favorite part is that when they make a mistake, they shake with what I can only assume is disappointment in their own robot inadequacy.

Cheese rolling looks dangerous
The most surprising part is how the people are as bouncy as the cheese.
